Business Continuity Plan for HEDNO following the Covid-19 outbreak in Greece

In the context of the coronavirus (Covid-19) epidemic outbreak in Greece, EXERGIA prepared a Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator (HEDNO). The BCP addresses HEDNO’s needs for Disaster Risk Reduction, Crisis Management and Disaster Recovery in order to immediately respond to business-operational problems posed by the spread of Covid-19 epidemic, and timely prepare for uninterrupted operation. The BCP implementation will enhance HEDNO’s resilience against the current threat of virus spread and, in general, will be a solid preparation for challenges arising from Climate Change impacts
