As part of the continuing collaboration with the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Athens and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency, EXERGIA conducted a study on Offshore Wind (OSW) in Greece and opportunities for Dutch enterprises to enter the respective market.
The report outlines Greece’s National Offshore Wind Development Programme, the opportunities it offers and challenges it faces, and the latest insights regarding its implementation roadmap. An analysis on the OSW supply chain in Greece is presented vs Dutch strengths, in order to identify specific areas for synergies and collaboration opportunities, followed by recommendations on a Strategic Public-Private Partnership Approach to that end.
A webinar about the report was delivered on 10 November 2025, and its findings were also discussed with a wide range of stakeholders during the Offshore Energy Exhibition & Conference 2025 in Amsterdam.
